At Blackstone Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
